Prices
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and apply per person per night, but are exclusive of tourist tax (€4.00 per person per day). For single occupancy of a double room, the rate for two people will be charged. We offer you the absolute best price guarantee on our website.
Check-in and check-out
Your room or suite will be available from 2pm on the day you get here. If you are delayed in getting here and you arrive after 6pm, please take a moment to call us and let us know.
On your day of departure we ask you to vacate the room or suite by 10.30am.
Advance payment
We ask you to pay a deposit of 50% in order to make a binding booking.
Short stay supplement
For a stay of 4 days or less we charge a short stay supplement of €10 per person and day.
Pets
Dogs up to 10kg are allowed in the summer season. Due to the increased cleaning effort we charge €10 per day, not including food.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
The following conditions apply:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 months before the start of the holiday.
- We charge 40% of the total price if the cancellation is made 1 to 2 months before the start of your holiday.
- From 1 month before the start of your holiday, we charge 90% of the total price.
Cancellation conditions for summer
In summer, you have the option of cancelling your trip free of charge up to 2 months before the start of your holiday. After that, we will charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
Travel cancellation insurance
Of course, we hope you can depart on your holiday as planned. However, as it’s always possible that something will come up, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

0 – 4 years: -70%
5 – 14 years: -50%
15 – 17: – 10%
Payment methods
We accept debit cards, VISA, Mastercard and cash as means of payment.
Parking
Our hotel has both outdoor carparking spaces and garage parking facilities. We charge €15 per day per car for the car park.
